How long after I order my items will they be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 5-7 BUSINESS days after you purchase unless otherwise discussed. Many times, this is sooner. For orders placed around Holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving-Christmas) , please allow between 7-9 business days for processing due to the busy season!
Please contact us with any special requests or "super" rush shipments. Anything purchased as a PRE-ORDER will take at least 3 weeks to ship. Please understand that choosing the shipping speed does not change processing speed.
We ship USPS First Class, Priority, and Priority Express.
While we still offer USPS First Class as an option, please know that during the holiday season, they become very overwhelmed and packages sometimes take WEEKS to arrive.
We have no control over the postal service once a package leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee arrival times after shipment. Thank you!
International orders can take anywhere from 14-21 days.

Little Rabbit Wears Boutique, LTD is a fully licensed incorporation that still runs as a small business with a personal touch in New Paltz, New York. We carry hundreds of styles and encourage quick turnover, so we can keep bringing you different and exciting products!
Founded in an a small college town in Upstate, New York, Little Rabbit Wears began as one mama's quest to find special, stand out items for her girl that couldn't be found on an average trip to the department store.
We have an amazingly loyal, local clientele who have promoted this little shop by word of mouth alone. In December of 2022, LRW opened its second brick and mortar boutique in New Paltz, New York to serve their Hudson Valley customers.

What's your return/exchange policy?
We offer STORE CREDIT for unsatisfactory items returned within 10 days of delivery items in brand new, unused condition. We cannot accept the return if it has been worn or used in any way. Please make sure you read the colors and descriptions in all my listings and of course if you have questions about anything before or after making a purchase I will be more than happy to answer.
If you receive something in error or is damaged, please contact us so we can correct it right away!
We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges. Exchanges can be purchased with the applied store credit which you will receive via an email gift code. Store credit never expires.
Returns must be pre-paid by you and we recommend using a traceable service such as USPS.
All accessories, and Clearance Sale or Blowout Sale styles are FINAL SALE. Swimwear are final sales. Any item ending in .99 are FINAL SALE.

I want to cancel my order, how do I go about it?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order was placed. Orders after that period are ineligible for cancelation.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, tracking information is emailed from us and the shipping provider you selected. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Where do your items come from? Are they handmade?
We source our clothing pieces from various manufacturers and companies throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. We do our best to offer new and exciting children's garments and accessories at very reasonable prices. Some of the accessories are still handmade with love by Janine. If you would like to inquire about a specific item, please ask.
How do I make a change after I order?
We DO NOT accept changes once your order has been placed, we have no way of keeping track of them and cannot be held liable, so please be sure to look over your order and double check to ensure everything is correct BEFORE placing your order. Please ALSO CHECK YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.
I have not received my package, what do I do?
We are not responsible for lost packages of any kind, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your items please contact us before placing your order and we will add it onto your shipping cost. You must also contact the Post Office with your tracking number to file a claim, if you have not received your package, so they can investigate.
-All International packages come with insurance already built into the shipping cost.
What size should I order for my child?
You know better than anyone what size your little one wears, if you know your baby is a bit larger or smaller than average order accordingly. Since our pieces are sourced from a variety of different companies, sizing varies. However, I measure each item as it arrives and try to size it accordingly. Any items that have specific sizing issues will be noted within the listing (ie, skirt is quite short etc.)

How should I wash my items?
All Items purchased: Machine Wash Inside Out in Cool Water with Organic Phosphate Free Detergent. Tumble Dry on Low or Hang to Dry. All cotton should be laid flat to dry- no machine drying! Tutus of any kind should be ironed on a VERY low setting, preferably steamed to achieve fluffy and wrinkle-free tulle or chiffon.
